Corporate Sales Trainer - New York
Description
- The ability to lead, teach, and communicate effectively is required
- Must be a HIGHLY ENERGETIC and ENTHUSIASTIC person with a love of teaching and learning
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and evolving objectives
- Experience with e-learning tools, distance learning, and evaluation metrics strongly preferred
- Ability/willingness to travel approximately 10 - 20% of current schedule
- The ability to take ownership of corporate education as an on-going initiative reaching all departments/ levels of employment
Requirements
- Become the foremost product and service expert on TransPerfect
- Design instructional materials for classroom type setting
- Create curriculum based on senior management’s identification of key skill sets
- Conduct/Coordinate classroom training sessions for new employees
- Provide one-on-one training with employees based on their individual needs
- Work with others on the training team and across all of TransPerfect to ensure a high level of consistency in training
- Adjust and update all training materials on an as needed basis
- Assessment of trainees and performance reporting
- Identify focus areas for annual sales/production meetings
