Account Manager - Chicago
Description
- Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of TransPerfect’s services.
- Identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus sales activities. Develop new clients via cold calling, the Internet, and trade shows.
- In coordination with Sales Management, identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
- Promote and educate clients regarding TransPerfect Translations’ services.
- Provide customer support, manage client expectations in conjunction with the Production Management Team.
- Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective time management
- Customer Support Experience
- 1 - 2 years prior sales experience a plus
