Account Manager - Chicago

Description

  • Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of TransPerfect’s services.
  • Identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus sales activities. Develop new clients via cold calling, the Internet, and trade shows.
  • In coordination with Sales Management, identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities.
  • Promote and educate clients regarding TransPerfect Translations’ services.
  • Provide customer support, manage client expectations in conjunction with the Production Management Team.
  • Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding company procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or its equivalent
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management
  • Customer Support Experience
  • 1 - 2 years prior sales experience a plus
