TransPerfect Announces Creation of Diversity & Inclusion Consulting Practice

TransPerfect Translations, a leading provider of language solutions to clients in the medical, legal, and corporate arenas, today announced the creation of a new business unit that offers the resources, strategic planning, and education that organizations need to leverage diversity in both the workforce and marketplace. TransPerfect's Diversity & Inclusion Consulting Practice will be led by Michael Davis, who has been appointed division president.
The new TransPerfect Diversity & Inclusion Consulting practice will be a full-service global consulting business that offers solutions ranging from diversity and inclusion training and education to organization culture assessments, to targeted marketing, to coaching, as well as diversity and inclusion strategy development. TransPerfect has a long history of helping clients operate successfully in a multicultural environment, and views the newly created consulting division as a natural extension of its suite of services.
Michael Davis has worked in the field of diversity and inclusion consulting for over twelve years. He comes to TransPerfect from the Futurework Institute, a New York-based diversity consulting firm that originated from Towers Perrin. As a former Towers Perrin consultant, and a founding member of the Futurework Institute, Mr. Davis's experience includes leadership in all aspects of the global diversity consulting business. "Michael's track record of delivering high-impact inclusion, diversity, management development, and workforce engagement solutions to clients such as Coca-Cola, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and Tyco International, makes him ideally suited to lead TransPerfect Diversity & Inclusion Consulting," stated Liz Elting, President and CEO of TransPerfect Translations."
