In cases where large volumes of documents must be scrutinized in one or more languages, TransPerfect regularly provides linguists for on-site document identification and translation work at any location needed. To avoid translating vast amounts of irrelevant text, the on-site linguist works directly with you to locate the specific information within the documents that is required. In this way, unnecessary costs and time delays are removed from the translation process.
Once the relevant sections of text have been identified, our client service representatives will coordinate transmission of the documents through our in-house production departments to undergo draft translation, summary translation, or fully certified translations depending on your need. This allows the on-site linguist to focus on identifying the content you're looking for, while additional resources focus on the accurate translation of the material.
